I had the pleasure, and luck of having my plumbing issue serviced by Mike. His 25 years of knowledge, expertise, and professionalism shined through in everything he did. Mike was punctual and courteous, he troubleshooted the problem the right way, without trying to sell me up the river with needless work! I highly recommend Allen's plumbing for.fair and reasonably priced work. Even more so, I recommend Mike, if you want a job done right, a job done fair, a job done timely and a job done professionally! Thank you Mike for going and being above and beyond from start to finish!

They reschedule which is OK. I wanted them to do the work, but their estimater is off until Tuesday now and can't provide an estimate until he comes back! Poor business!

Most rude and unprofessional plumber out there. This company was called to my neighborhood for a water issue. I called the company to get an update on when the water will be turned back on because initially it was only supposed to be from 10 AM to 5 PM without water. It is currently 830 and we are still without water, so I called the company and I received a callback from Allen. He was very disrespectful telling me I need to stop calling the answering service. Meanwhile, I only called it one time. He also said “ why do you need water so bad are you going to die without it or something?” Very unprofessional stay away from this company now I see why they’re only 3 1/2 stars, terrible place.

Damaged my floor and refused to do anything to repair it or compensate for this damage. Then the manager, Jeremy, lied to me and revfused to take my call. I won't bother them, but I will never hire them again.

I couldn't find a plumbing company to find my flow restriction in a recently purchased condo. The water heater had been replaced in 2022. In the 1st floor laundry and bathroom, we had a cold water flow restriction. Having a great past relationship with Allen's as a young company, I called and ended up taking with Allen. After discussion I asked Allen if they would come to Tampa and take a shot. The following morning, after checking all obvious things, Allen came over. The next thing they were blowing out a segment of pipe. All of a sudden, this big blue marble like object rolls out and into the street. Allen recognized this as a part used in the Mor Flo water heater, which had been replaced in 2022. They put the system back together and the flow in laundry and bathroom is perfect. My bathroom sink had a mutant clog. Called Allen's & made an appointment for Wednesday. They called & let me know when their plumber was on the way. Tim arrived about 15 minutes later. He went right to work & did a thorough job. Very pleased. I've used Allen's several times & have always been happy with their work. The lady who answers the phone was also very nice. 👍👍👍👍

We had a pipe burst and water was spraying all over the back of my house with no way to stop it. As things like this usually occur, it happened at 6:00pm so we had to go through the calling service. The lady with the calling service was very helpful and empathetic and got someone to our house within 20 minutes. Tim was the plumber who came to our house. I could tell he had just worked a whole day, but I have to say that Tim was professional and got our problem solved within an hour. Tim was pleasant, calm and thorough. He answered all of my questions and the work he did was outstanding. We have been Allen's customers for over 30 years and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I had a small hole in a copper hot water line located under the floor. I called and they immediately came out, very nice and helpful on the phone. They were very prompt and quick in getting here even though it was after hours. I already had the leak located, toilet off and accessible. The plumber did have to chip away some more concrete, it is a tight space. I was able to repair pipes in that same area a few moths ago, the plumber informed me that they would have to jack hammer a large area of the floor to repair the pipe correctly. Obviously I did not want this on overtime pay ,nor did I agree. He then proceeded to temporarily fix the tiny leak with rubber and a clamp. It still leaked slightly. So, I just paid $300 for a .50 cent part and still not fixed. Absolutely insane! A piece of rubber and a clamp for $300! Rip off!
